It's always nice to get $$$$ back from Uncle Sam, but this "tax rebate" program has me wondering exactly where this money is coming from. If we have a 'deficit' budget, and we are borrowing money (from China), is the U.S. Mint just 'printing' money with nothing behind it? Does this mean I have to pay the money back (to China)?
Just a thought.
